REQ-LFS-016: Chunker + Manifest robustness (property/fuzz)
active highProperty/fuzz tests over randomized and pathological inputs prove: reassembly equals input, chunk sizes within [min,max] (except final), determinism, streaming==whole-binary. Manifest.parse never raises on arbitrary bytes and rejects all malformed/tampered manifests.
