REQ-LFS-015: Chunked transfer backwards-compatibility matrix (both directions)
active highStock (basic-only) client against a chunked-capable server uses basic and round-trips. Chunked-enabled client against a basic-only server falls back to basic (per-object) and round-trips. Chunked client+server uses chunked. Basic path is never regressed.
